Arthur's Challenge in the wake of opening.

Arthur's Challenge is Dark Ages form of Endless Zone. It is opened in the wake of beating Night 12 of Dark Ages. As the name says, the whole level itself are much difficult than the normal levels as one may not know when the level will have a three or four-banner level.
